2/28/2008 7:56:03 AM Thanks for your interest concerning the red pickup, I have advertised on Epier. I will post another picture of the front part. This may not be a Ford, could be an older Chevrolet. You might have a better idea, than I do on this. It is an older Tonka though. If one has a Tonka catalog for earlier years, then maybe it would be easier to identify precisely. In any case, I'll post another picture of the front on the auction site. |

I have confirmed that Michael Burns has indeed been arrested and is in the custody of the Camden County NJ Task Force's jail. I have confirmed this thru Glassboro NJ police Department. They told me that for every victim out there they should file reports with your local police department and hand over all correspondance with michael burns to them. I would make copies for myself to hold on to just incase they get lost in the mail or something. To all the folks that have forwarded me your papers, I will file your case with my police department as well as you can also report your cases to your local police. The officer in charge told me that burns got over $30,000.00 before he got nabbed. What did him in was when he decided to screw a New Jersey State Trooper here in NJ. Anyway, I will keep you all posted on the deterioration of the scumbag that thought he was above the law!! Best regards to all my friends out there who helped me take this sucker down!! Yes, I bid on gold coin that this individual was selling on this site and he was asking $300.00 for it and I met his asking price. I believe he was asking more for it earlier, as he claimed it's estimated value was approximately $900.00 according to the PCGS collector's coin guide prices. Anyway, we agreed on $600.00 for the price that I would pay him and I made contact with him on Nov 2, 2007 and Fedexe'd him a bank cashier's check for $600.00 for the coin. Then one story led to another and as to why he couldn't ship the coin and I have several emails and some phone calls that I made to him asking for either a refund or the coin. The latest, I have heard from him was by email on Dec 23rd, telling me that he would refund my money as soon as his funds clear his bank account. I did post another request via email for status on this just the other day, but no reply yet. Yes, my wife and I are suspicious that this is fraud etc., and I agree this guy has to be stopped. Just hope that all these people can get back, what they have paid him. Sorry this is so long, but you can contact me anytime on this. You can also contact me at my regular email address and I can give you my telephone contact info too, but I don't think I can post this on the Epier site. Lastly, I did have an attorney write a letter to him about this a couple of weeks ago, but I don't know how much this is helping. Thanks a lot and I'll be waiting to hear from you.
