The lady bugs hardware was damaged but I wanted to change them anyway as I do not like to wear screw on earrings. Although the metal ring coming out of one of the bakelite ladybugs is quite bent and I am not sure how much pressure I can exert to straighten it without hurting the ladybug. The owl earrings I brought from you a while ago also had their hardware slightly damaged. I have not fixed them yet but remember thinking I could easily do so. Yes I broke the red heart ring it was my fault I broke it on a door frame when I was opening a door. Our new house has not been cleaned up after construction as yet so unsafe. I thought my one year old baby was stuck in the laundry of our new house and I was worried so I rushed to the door and forcefully opened it, my baby was behind me safe laughing with my two other children! I don't know if you remember the friend of mine, that bought one of your necklaces on ebay. She made hillsthrill mad, by telling her that the bracelet Marie bought from her, was a cheap resin, and it was. She has had so many of her bracelets thrown out, that she carves herself. I made the same woman mad not too long ago, so she might be the one having mine thrown out. Ebay shouldn't let sellers be monitors, where they can throw out the same type of jewelry that they are selling. There is nothing fair about that.
