HELLOOO Lou Ellen, yes I had this broach that consisted of rainbow cubic czs in it but it was missing 1 stone. It was laying around with all my other jewelry and suddenly it simply dissapeared! I know it will show up,soon! lol! How exciting that you write books! I would love to read one or 2 or 3 etc!!! ;*) I still am requiring a home nurse to come in to change the dressing every day other as my husband does the other days! The wound will take about 6 more weeks to completely heal. My fingers,toes,and even my legs are crossed so that your and your son's endeavors(sp?)become extremely successful!! Please stay in touch with me as would really like to the same with you!! <;^) I am SO glad that you are on the mend!! I have decided that I will have the transflap breast reconstruction as soon as I am healed and am good enough togo!!

You are supposed to refund the same way a person pays you. But then you probably can't figure that one out either.

I have contacted epier because you have not kept your word to me.
I have sent you an invoice through Paypal for the refund per YOUR request.Both the urls' for both lots and the item numbers are listed there since you told me you couldn't find them.
When you first sent me the things you asked me to let you know if they were correct as you couldn't remember what I bought.I called you when I received the box and let you know that what I ordered was not in the box. YOU asked me "What did I send you?" I told you that I received a bunch of plastic jewelry as well as some other costume jewelry I did NOT purchase! You apologized & said you would refund. When I said I would send it back you said NO, keep it or give it away to someone! You told me the caregiver was coming he next day and you would find the lots so you could send them to me. I told you I would be happy to pay you more postage to send them. I also sent you pictures of he lots because you claimed you couldn't find the pics on epier.
I then received an email from you here on epier and you said that you couldn't find them! You also wanted me to pay the $8.50 postage for all the stuff you sent & you would refund the difference. I sent you two emails you never opened, so I called you.
NOW, on the phone you claim that the caregiver boxed and sent me the lots I ordered and you are not giving me a refund! Incinuating that I am claiming I never received them. So this went from "What did "I" send you" to the caregiver says she sent me the right jewelry!
So now you have an invoice so please don't continue to act confused about how to refund as I sent you one from Paypal.
It also went from "keep the plastic jewelry" to you now saying today "so what are YOU sending ME! I will be happy to send you back the jewelry, but I will NOT pay all this shipping for all this junk that was put in the box to boost the shipping!
I sent you $22.00 which was more than the two lots and shipping. I sent you more because I felt bad about taking so long to pay you. I didn't even owe you that much. The correct amount is $16.50!!! One lot was $6.95, he other $5.95 and the shipping was 3.50 ! Even if the shipping was $5.90 the total was $18.90! So I sent you extra and this is how you treat me?

On top of all of this you pretended not to know how to send me an invoice. So I just sent you the $22.00 on Paypal trusting that I would receive the lots. Then you threatened me today by telling me you would contact epier and they will listen to YOU because you have 110 feedback! So one minute you are the epier entrepenuer and the next minute you are confused and can't even figure out how to send an invoice! How about just being honest by telling me that you no longer had the lots or if you weren't sure what I bought then email me and ask? Instead of sending me all this unuseable junk you don't want! Now, claiming I receiced what I bought!

For the record:
1. You told me you did not know how to send an invoice
2. I paid $22.00, $5.60 over what I should of paid for the lots through Paypal I paid you the extra out of courtesy to you.
3. I NEVER received what I paid for, but instead alot of other plastic and costume jewelry
4. When I informed you that the lots were not in the box YOU asked me what YOU sent me! You didn't even know
5. I told you and you said to keep it or give it away and you would refund if you couldn't find the lots in your home
6. Now you claim that your caregiver boxed and sent me the lots! Now you ask what am I sending you back!
7. Tried to explain to you how to use Paypal and you claim to be confused

This is just a portion of the madness that has insued here.
I want a refund...which I compromised on and requested. A copy of this email will be sent to your AOL address so you can't continue to claim that I never emailed you! Please take care of this Lou Ellen.
If you want the plastic junk back I will send it back to you! But you need to do the right thing here.

Well so what you are telling me is that you resold the jewelry???
I called Epier and asked about the site being down and crashing and they didn't know a thing about it.(?)
I know it took me awhile to pay you, however I did get in touch with you and you assured me that you had the things. Even if the site was down if you are organized, and mark the things you sold as sold,and the name of who purchased it then it would be there for you to send.
I am not going to pretend that I am not upset about this, because I am. You never mentioned anything about the site being down when we talked OR before so I would rather you just be honest and say you goofed.

By the way I was able to look at your past auctions as far back as 2006. So it is all there. You can refund through Paypal in 60 seconds. I sent you some extra money when I paid.. I believe I sent you $22.00. However the shipping for what I bought was NOT 8.50!! You paid $8.50 and unloaded all this plastic stuff on me which I do not want!! Nor did I ask for any of it !! 98% of what is in the box I did not buy or want, nor can I use it. It is cheap plastic and very cheap costume jewelry! So I think that $7.00 is reasonable for me to pay since I did not receive one of the items I needed!
If indeed you weren't sure what to send, then an email to that effect was in order. Instead I am now paying for things I never wanted or needed.
So please send me back my $15.00 ASAP to myemmagracedesigns@yahoo.com through Paypal. It takes 1 minute. You go to send money, put in my email and send it. I will be checking back about 3 PM my time to make sure that you have sent it.
If this is not acceptable to you I will send all of it back for a full refund which will include the shipping, $22.00.

Lou Ellen; well hi there again! I just got this message through Mike. I believe he is the moderator,owner or tech? I am just recovering from the operation for breast reconstruction(April 23) It has been very painful but I am slowly recovering...sigh... Now, I asked for a mammogram for my left breast as it seems to be awfully tender. I have diagnosed the initial breast cancer and same with the recurrance so I am following my instincs as I need the reassurance that I do or don't have another diagnosis of Breast cancer. Usually I have quite a positive attitude but I am feeling a bit down right now. Ask me how I feel in a couple of weeks and you will most likely find a considerable difference. <:*)
Anyhow, I think you have a very positive demeanor because you have beaten the worst results of your trials. I,too, have learned to stop and smell the flowers and seem to pay alot of attention to the nature around me all the time;alas,so much was taken for granted before. From your last email, I know exactly what you mean!

Hi Lou, I think both us are pretty much blessed! You are absolutely right about taking time to smell the roses which I do all the time now! Before I took everything for granted and now I know that is completely greedy. I live in a small town with the mighty Columbia river which I always took for granted but now I can see it from my window and now I am completely in awe of it! Also, our town is in a valley and between 2 huge moutain ranges which are exceptionally beautiful! The Big old Rocky mountains are just a hop,skip away.Actually all of BC is extremely beautiful!! Now, I so appreciate our awesome province which before I took for granted; now I have had my "wake up" call and everything has changed since I took the time to actually see them through different eyes! I think you are a real trooper, Lou Ellen,as you overcome terrible hurdles and I really admire you for that!

Hi Lou, I wanted to let you know that I received the package today. There is a slight problem though, I received the wrong bracelet lot. I received a set of 18 silver and gold thin bangles and won the lot that had 12 bracelets Lot #:1566206.

With apologies, I have to remove this listing. ePier was completely down for a day (all the search engines said it didn't exist), then it came back but many bids had been erased and others were registered but did not appear under "sold" items. Instead, they were still unsorted in the original list with no notice to me that they'd sold. I just heard from the original buyer on this, asking about her items. Usually, I'd say go back and place another bid, but I'd already committed to sending her what she'd bought. Problem was, she (fortunately)still had the list of what she'd bought and I didn't.

If you see something else you like, as an apology, I'll knock $2 off your total shipping (I mean $2 more than I would usually take off on a multiple purchase)

Again, I apologize. I'm trying to be fair, but ePier hasn't made it easy! Also, frankly, I'm suspicious as to how ePier's site crashed so badly. Were they sabotaged? I still remember an ad that said "click here for ePier"--but apparently eBay had paid for the ad and when you clicked as directed, eBAY came up, not ePier.

Dear Lou, I know you're busy, and I promise not to be a pest, but thanks so much for sharing a very important bit of wisdom about growing older and wiser; with two teenagers, sometimes I feel so out of touch and out of date that they will outgrow their need for me - of course, I want that to a certain degree, but not completely. I was delighted when you told me about the black and white computer; when I bought my son's first digital camera, I looked at that paper-thin little thing asked the sales clerk, "where do you put the film...?" She was sweet enough to explain the concept of snapping a picture and hooking a wire to the computer so the images could be sent electronically to the screen and printed - I thought it was the work of the devil himself! Remember how exciting it was to wait for your film to be developed and then going to pick it up; and that great concept of free double prints? Film development was kind of a magical thing; now it's like finding out there's really no Santa Claus...but I must say I've learned to love the digital camera and I love to learn all the new, high tech methods of doing just about everything - but you're right, I won't give up taking time to smell the REAL flowers (no aroma therapy!) and teaching my daughter how to sew on a button by hand (in case the batteries in the "Click and Stitch" are dead)-okay, I've rambled on enough, but it's good to hear from a kindred soul about growing up in a world that seems to have outgrown me, and remembering to enjoy what's truly important in life!

Alas, no. The piece is pearlescent (pearl-like finish). The zebra has a red rhinestone eye. Don't know why the pictures came up without the large option--on virtually all of my other listings, you can click back and fourth among pictures where you can really see the items. I do have some mother-of-pearl pendants. If you're interested, you can click (On the listing) view seller's other items and you'll get pictures on just about everything which indeed can be enlarged.
