Most seller's are having a problem with all the sales, they do not go on the "SOLD PAGE" so don't have a record of buyer's. I think the system has a lot more problems than they are letting on. Getting more & more buyres & sellers may have overwhelmed the system. Contacted Epier because they said you are not a registered buyer and they have no record with your user name or any record of you buying from me! I emailed and told them that you had a feedback of 98 + but they couldn't check that out either. Will be calling them tomorrow (phone)because they sure have messed up thing's on my auction's and it looks like they have messed thing's up for you to. Will let you know how i make out!!! So this will not hurt her at all right now. I do want to apologize for it being such a burden on your part. I guess we don't realize the sellers we hurt. For this, I am truly sorry. When i filed to get my value fee's back i didn't know that they would have suspend her account. I had to file because i have so many people that win on my auction's and never send payment and have to pay epier for this, just wished i could change this. I do hope Kris can get better as fast as she can as i know this is very hard on you. Tell Kris to just register under a new user name and when she gets home, she can start bidding again. Also, tell her that i'm praying for a speedy recovery for her and again, i'm so sorry.
