Stephanie I apologize for not writing back. So many things have happened like my son came from Seattle and is now living with me and my brother. This is wonderful. Have 4 doggies too. I just got over a good case of stomach flu. I lost some of my email addresses dear friend and one of them was yours. Would you please email me? Also my email server changed from alltel to windstream. It is now whitewolf@windstream.net Would you please email me at that one so I can save your address? How are your two doggies Stephanie. How is your computer doing now? ALL my love, susi and the critters

Hi Stephanie,
Oh dear--I'm confused! I trusted you, so I billed you today (for the orders prior to today)then went ahead and shipped what you'd ordered as of yesterday, just assuming you'd pay for it because you said you would, and this way you'll have it sooner.
This means the only one that hasn't been paid for/will not be included is your most recent bid (I remember that lot--really pretty!)
Don't be concerned about the costs--I'll absorb it, whatever it is. Epier is so much less than eBay, it ain't worth the clerical involved to straighten it out.
I was waiting to get back to you until I knew for sure that my help would be in today (she was out sick on Friday)and could get this to the post office--which is what happened.
Do you still want the one you ordered today?
You've got some really pretty pieces on the way! That white rhinestone lot is exceptional. Did you get my bill? If not, since they're now posting the emails, it may be on your epier page.
Best, Lou Ellen

Hi Stephanie, Can't find anything under that title or number. Please send me more information. Is that the exact title with the exact spelling? Went through every listing. Saw a couple of things that had sold and should have been down, but I'm just too tired to go through everything needed to cancel them. I sure hope they've figured out how to duck whatever it was that crashed them. I still suspect this is not their fault, that they were becomming too much of a threat to some other site. Best, Lou Ellen

Hi Stephanie, Thanks for being so understanding. Since I'll be giving, not selling you the extra lot (and since the crash with all its resulting confusion and all the time I've spent digging through all this mud was ePier's fault, not mine)I would not feel guilty at all if they missed their commission on this last batch/piece (the whole 50 cents or whatever it would be), and I'm not "selling" it anyway so just let me know what you want and I'll take it down. Going up tomorrow night will be a gorgeous pewter apple & rhinestone on a pearlescent seashell w/chain and some other really pretty pieces/lots. It's fine with me if you wait. As I recall, the new listings START at the END of the ones already up. Best, Lou Ellen

Hi Stephanie,
I found all but one of these lots, and now I'm beginning to think it may have sold and been sent(like that other lot) with the record erased when the site crashed. Unfortunately, it's the one we both liked so much--the pendant. I've gone through everything twice and it's not here, also I remember it so clearly which suggests I'd handled it recently. Don't remember whether I told you--I'm still recovering from 2 months hospitalizartion following a series of strokes (they thought I was going to die)--point is, I'm missing some memories. Before the strokes, I probably would have been much clearer on this.
BUT--the good news is, I have all the others, plus please select an additional item or lot and I won't charge you for that one. You might want to wait until Sunday night, after 8:00 p.m. I expect to have about half a dozen more listed by then.
So sorry, Lou Ellen

Hi again Stephanie,
If you'd like me to, I can take down (and ship everything on Monday)the two you're still bidding on which don't close until next week. Then they'd all be yours at the list price with combined shipping on all of them. This could have been my mistake on one of these running 7 days, or could have been messed up by ePier in The Great Crash. Almost all of mine are on a five-day cycle. When you get these, you'll see what I mean on some items being plastic, but beautifully made. There's a small rhinestone and metal pendant in these which I almost kept--SO pretty!
Best, Lou Ellen

Hi Stephanie, Thank you so much for understanding! Actually, ePier hasd always had glitches, but the one where the site completely disappeared (like the lost continent of Atlantis!) was sure a new one on me! Thanks again, Lou Ellen
------------------------------------------------------------ Hello!
No problem! Thank you for letting me know what happened, but if the listing is no longer available, I understand. These web sites glitches are always annoying and I hope that you are able to get things cleared up on your end to make it easier for you.
Thanks again, Stephanie
------------------------------------------------------------ With apologies, I have to remove this listing. ePier was completely down for a day (all the search engines said it didn't exist), then it came back but many bids had been erased and others were registered but did not appear under "sold" items. Instead, they were still unsorted in the original list with no notice to me that they'd sold. I just heard from the original buyer on this, asking about her items. Usually, I'd say go back and place another bid, but I'd already committed to sending her what she'd bought. Problem was, she (fortunately)still had the list of what she'd bought and I didn't.
If you see something else you like, as an apology, I'll knock $2 off your total shipping (I mean $2 more than I would usually take off on a multiple purchase)
Again, I apologize. I'm trying to be fair, but ePier hasn't made it easy! Also, frankly, I'm suspicious as to how ePier's site crashed so badly. Were they sabotaged? I still remember an ad that said "click here for ePier"--but apparently eBay had paid for the ad and when you clicked as directed, eBAY came up, not ePier. Sincerely, Lou Ellen

PS--I just discovered I cannot remove the listing once it has a bid, even though it's already sold, so I guess it'll just have to run out.
