General CAVEAT EMPTOR. How can you tell the difference between a real signature and a bogus? Some people will rely on an authentication service. There are so-called "experts" in the autograph industry who are supposedly qualified to provide such a service because they have a brick-and-mortar store, have a web-based business, have a good reputation among collectors, have numerous years of collecting experience, are court-appointed specialists, or any combination thereof. We had an item examined by three such experts. Two of the authenticators were self-professed experts in sports celebrities exclusively. One authenticator was a well-known authority in the autograph industry with court testimony experience. All three authenticators used a sample signature comparison test. No further details were given. The verdict from the three was that the item was not genuine. When we shared this incident with the celebrity who actually signed it for us since the actor was on a film production set here in Hawaii, he was disappointed and said: "Not only are they wrong, but how does one become an expert on another person?" The important thing to remember is, in spite of what these "qualified" experts claim, no one can know for sure if the signature is real except the owner of the signature. Despite what many experts claim, whether they have numerous years of experience, it is impossible to unequivocally authenticate a signature unless you are the actual person who signed it. On the surface, an "authentication service" sounds authoritative; but in reality, it is an opinion service of varying interpretations. After receiving the negative reviews from the three authenticators, we did a little research--all three of them were moonlighting as autograph dealers under different names, and all three have a history relating to questionnable items and practices. Needless to remind you, if you decide to seek an authentication service, make sure they don't have a vested interest. ••••• A simple way to weed out the dubious items is when the seller brags about going to all the premieres, press junkets, and everywhere else to obtain all the signatures without being able to tell you exactly how, when, and where. If the seller cannot provide the exact date, name of the particular event, sponsor of the event, purpose of the event, name of the establishment, city, state, country, or any other specific information pertaining to the situation whereby the signature was obtained, then the item is of unknown origin. Provenance showing the origin or history is part of the collecting experience. Not all actors live, dine, shop, or attend premieres and press junkets in Los Angeles or New York City. Some sellers claim to hang out at airports waiting for celebrities to come pouring out of flights. While the effort is admirable, it may be difficult to catch the big fish. Some A-list celebrities do not fly by commercial airlines. They either own a private jet or book a luxury charter jet that takes off from a private airport and lands at a private airport. The small private airport is usually not accessible to outsiders especially today because of the danger of international terrorism. Some sellers claim to have private signings. While such events do occur, they are usually limited to supporting actors, B-movie starlets, and forgotten performers of yesteryear. Carrie Fisher will appear frequently at the Hollywood Collectors & Celebrities Show but she charges about $175 for a minimum of 5 autographs not to mention an admission fee. Those who attend the HCCS regularly will know her price does go up. If the autograph hunter is from out-of-state, there will be hotel and travel expenses also. A-listed, movie stars usually don't do private signings because they don't have to, with the exception of Val Kilmer who once appeared at the HCCS a few years ago. •••••••••• THE FABULOUSLY FAMOUS IN HAWAII. The movie "Tears of the Sun" starring Bruce Willis was filmed extensively around the island of Oahu. Kevin Costner stayed at the Mauna Lani Bay Resort during the production shoot of "Waterworld" for six months. The dinosaur island of Islar Nublar in Steven Spielberg's adventure thriller "Jurassic Park" was filmed in Hanapepe Valley, Kauai. The Premiere of "Pearl Harbor" was held on the deck of a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in Pearl Harbor, Honolulu, Hawaii--not in Los Angeles--not in New York. Pierce Brosnan has been living in Hawaii for about three years. He and his wife have a house near Anini Beach on the Garden Isle of Kauai. Julia Roberts, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Matt Damon, Jennifer Aniston, Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have all visited Hawaii for some rest and relaxation. Britney Spears stayed at the Presidential Suite at The Four Seasons Resort at Wailea until she invested in a waterfront house in Maui. Morgan Freeman and Adam Sandler have played at the PGA Sony Open Pro-Am Golf Tournament held at the Waialae Country Club in Kahala. You can catch Paul Walker checking out the big waves at North Shore, lining up to order a Zippy's plate lunch, or fine dining at Morton's Steakhouse. Michelle Pfeiffer and her husband David E. Kelley purchased a beachfront house in Lanikai on the windward side of Oahu in 1996 and raised their children there between 2002 and 2006 during which time she was on showbiz hiatus. Clint Eastwood built a home in Maui and has attended the Maui Film Festival. Dominic Monaghan has been living in Hawaii for the past four years, as well as other cast members of the hit TV show "Lost." Sandra Bullock, Norah Jones, Jimmy Kimmel, Bruce Willis, and Demi Moore have all dined at Roy's Restaurant in Hawaii Kai. Kristen Bell ("Veronica Mars" and "Heroes") was filming "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" at the Turtle Bay Resort in Kahuku. Hawaii is a very popular film production destination, vacation paradise, and second home to many celebrities. •••••••••• PHOTO PROOF. Arguably, the easiest way to trick a buyer is to provide a snapshot of the celebrity. How do you know if a particular photo, without an ounce of doubt, applies to a specific signed item? Let's say, after examining a snapshot carefully, it appears that the celebrity is signing the item in question with the same color ink used on the signed item, but how can you be sure the seller didn't print multiples of the same snapshot to sell additional items? What's worse, some people will use a snapshot from a totally different event to sell anything. Photos can be misleading. •••••••••• PROFITABLE SIGNATURES NEVER PERISH. Be cautious of sellers who are offering signatures of Marlon Brando who was notorious for being difficult and reclusive. Brando did not sign many items. Yet, even after his death, a Marlon Brando signature continues to appear here and there. Curiously, his autograph was available for sale on a supposedly reputable, established dealer's website. The dealer noted that Brando was a tough signer and his autograph was extremely rare. Well, if it's so tough and so rare, how did the dealer get it? Seriously, do you think these shysters stashed away tons of Brando signatures for a rainy day? •••••••••• MORE CAVEAT. Be cautious of sellers offering a signed index card as a companion piece to an unsigned item. The signature on an index card may look strikingly good because it is easy to trace on white paper. And remember, you are actually paying for the index card where the value should be. The accompanying background photo and frame can be purchased elsewhere. Be cautious of sellers who display an unsigned item. Why is the seller making an excuse that the item is too big for scanning when digital cameras are available? Why is the image so small or out of focus? Why do some sellers blame the poor quality image on their scanners or cameras? Think about it. If you were the seller, wouldn't you want to show the customer a sharp, large image of your product? Be cautious of third party COAs. No legitimate seller cares about a Certificate of Authenticity issued by a third party. No serious collector wants uncertain, secondhand information from a third party. A third party COA is often a scheme to gain the trust of the unsuspecting buyer, induce high bidding on the worthless item, and blame the third party COA issuer for any negative repercussions which gives the seller an escape route. An honest seller should be able to substantiate all the facts and stand behind his own product. Take the time to study the various dealers and choose your seller carefully.
Music SHIPPING. Your poster will be carefully rolled and securely packaged in an industrial-grade, super-tough, solid ABS pipe. ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is lightweight, yet crushproof, fireproof, waterproof, and chemical resistant. An ABS pipe is 100 times tougher than a Yazoo tube or any other cardboard tube. When a custom-sized ABS pipe, endcaps, postage, packaging materials, and other expenses are added, the actual shipping cost is higher than what the buyer will pay. Shipping costs are not negotiable and may change when the US Postal Service rates increase. Shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping discount will be given to multiple items mailed in one package. You may bid on multiple items, but payment must be received within 3 days after each win. When the buyer is ready to have the merchandise shipped, the total shipping cost will be calculated based on size and weight. •••••••••• INSURANCE. Domestic indemnity claims for loss (article not received) can be filed after 21 days from the date the article was mailed. Insurance coverage is the buyer's option. All claims for damage or missing contents should be filed immediately. If you insured your merchandise, please email to us a digital photo of the damage to expedite the claim filing. If buyer declines insurance, there will be no refund in the event of loss, damage, or rifling. For more information, visit: www.usps.com.
Movies INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT DUTY TAX. For shipments going to a foreign destination, there may be an import duty tax levied on merchandise depending on the laws of your country. Please consult with your local Customs Authorities prior to bidding. It is the responsibility of the importer to pay import duty tax. Proper insurance cannot be applied if buyer chooses not to declare the actual value of the goods.
TV BIDS & OFFERS. The opening price is the starting point in the bidding process, and the value of the item is higher. An offer or bid that is lower than the opening price may not be accepted. We will gladly consider any reasonable offer but if you make an offer that is less than the opening price, while rationalizing that "it doesn't hurt to ask," you may be oblivious to the fact that it will indeed hurt your credibility as a serious buyer. For those of you who may not be aware, it takes time and money to get autographs. Please read "How do we do it?" in the right column above so you will have a basic understanding of how difficult it is to acquire autographs. Our dedicated team works very hard to bring you the best product in the business. If you compare our work with that of other sellers, you'll see that we offer the highest quality merchandise and superior customer service. If you want a general idea of the market value of autographs, a large selection can be viewed at: www.historyforsale.com. We reserve the right to refuse bids and offers from buyers with no feedback history, poor feedback history, unverified ID, or for any reason that may be detrimental to our business. •••••••••• FEEDBACK. Many members do not care to leave feedback. To encourage buyers to leave feedback, we will post feedback only after the buyer does so. Appropriate feedback will be posted when the transaction is completed which is when the buyer informs the seller that the merchandise was received and is satisfied with the transaction.
Heroes PRIVACY POLICY. We do not sell, rent, or share personal, private, and sensitive information. Sensitive information includes details of acquiring the signatures and photo images of the items. Each listing has one image of the item and detailed information pertaining to one event or venue, which should hint at the authenticity of the item. Requests for additional details and images of any listing will be declined as past submissions have spawned imitations by copycat sellers. Upon receipt of payment and identification verification, only the confirmed buyer will be privy to information pertaining to the signing events. •••••••••• REFUND POLICY. Merchandise must be returned before a refund is issued. Returned goods must be in its original, pristine, sellable condition and must be packaged in its original ABS tube to prevent damage. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Books SELF-APPOINTED EXPERTS. There are self-appointed experts, some of whom are well-known, established autograph dealers, who make negative assumptions and wrong conclusions about us with an arrogant, know-it-all attitude. A so-called expert pointed out that a multiple signed item using the same color ink cannot be authentic because ink dries too fast. It seems that this well-known expert made two assumptions: 1) that we were running around with only one uncapped pen; and 2) that multiple signatures were obtained at one location all at one time. Does that sound like a real expert? Little did the expert know that we always carry multiple pens; speaking of which, we use a variety of colors, not just for aesthetic reasons, but because it's easier to choose a different color than continue using the same pen only to find out it has irregular streaking from overuse. Many of our projects take a very long time to complete--from weeks to months, and even a few years. While several celebrities do gather in one place on a given day, such as a Premiere event, it is immature to assume, like the above expert did, that every single cast and crew member will absolutely appear. One of our staff members works with the production team of the popular TV show "Lost." They keep a log-in record of all the visitors which includes autograph hunters. To enter the closed set, visitors must sign the log. Since 2004, we haven't seen any names of the self-appointed experts on the log yet these experts have somehow managed to constantly obtain many autographs of the cast over the years. While they may employ third party autograph hunters, such names will easily stand out in the log--but they don't. It is unbelievable how these experts are able to offer an endless supply of autographs from cast members of "Lost." Taking into account that some of the actors may occasionally visit the mainland or elsewhere for one reason or another, the chances of catching them in such a impromptu window are probably close to zero. Another curious matter is that we have never bumped into any of these experts at any of the signing events we attended. Some self-appointed experts use their website as a convenience vehicle to destroy the competition. To hear these self-appointed experts tell it, they know everything, and they libel us just because we don't subscribe to their beliefs, join their club, or follow their system. One self-appointed expert stated it's impossible to obtain signatures on posters because of its sheer size and fragility. Well, this expert must have the same IQ as the autograph hunters standing outside the Essex House Westin Hotel in New York City whose posters got crushed the minute a celebrity walked out because of the mob scene. What this expert doesn't realize is that we have devised our own protective system for posters. Unfortunately, this expert wouldn't know any better because he wasn't at the scene of the crime, but busy in front of a computer slinging mud. Self-appointed experts should stay out of things they know nothing about. •••••••••• AUTOGRAPH CLUB. With all due respect to the honest members of a popular autograph club, the hard truth is that we have found some rotten apples in this barrel. We cannot begin to tell you how many times a club member copied our item, plagiarized our text, and "lifted" our product image. The fancy autograph club logo displayed in a listing may lend some assurance to the buyer, but it is not a guarantee of authenticity. Joining a club does not make the item authentic. We do not believe in joining a club to earn prestige, respect, or trust. These qualities are bestowed upon by the community, not a club. The names of dealers who were selling fake items can be seen on the Hall of Shame page at www.uacc.org. There was an ethics complaint filed against the president of this club which you can read at: www.zoominfo.com.
Items interested in THE GODFATHER POSTER. We don't have everything. That is to say, you will not find "The Godfather" poster in our listings. If you do a little research, you'll know that Marlon Brando was not the easiest celebrity to ask for an autograph. He stayed out of the limelight and enjoyed his privacy immensely. Yet, there is an inexhaustible inventory of "The Godfather" poster with Brando's signature on the internet. And you can bet the farm it's not real. If you can find an original "The Godfather" One-Sheet poster, it will be folded which was how most of the posters were distributed to the poster exchanges back in the early seventies. After more than 35 years, an original poster will be yellowaging and the folded edges will be brittle-dry and splitting apart. When we publicized this caveat on the world's largest auction site, there was a brief moment in history when duplicity declined as many dealers discontinued selling "The Godfather" poster with Brando's signature. And those posters were all rolled--not folded--which suggests a high probability they were reproductions. Today, you will still find cast signed "The Godfather" posters on the internet with or without Brando's signature. The brazen sellers will always have an endless supply of Marlon Brando signatures on a poster, 8x10 photo, index card, magazine cover, paper napkin, (you name it, they've got it) along with a cock-and-bull story of how they acquired an impossible autograph.

About Me:
Why Hawaii? Well, there are many good reasons. For example, as of July 12, 2007, Harrison Ford, George Lucas, Steven Spielberg, producer Kathleen Kennedy, and producer Frank Marshall were on the Hamakua Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii filming the fourth episode of the Indiana Jones movies. Now, where on earth, and how often in your lifetime, do you get to see five of Hollywood's top power players all gathered in one place?•••••••••• CERTIFIED SUPPORTING DOCUMENT. The confirmed buyer will receive a certified supporting document furnishing the actual date, event, sponsor, purpose, establishment, city, state or country that will show how each signature was obtained. The extent of information may differ depending on the circumstances surrounding the brush with each celebrity. As you will see, in each auction there will be one such piece of information without the date and without reference to a specific celebrity. The date and reference will be intentionally omitted to give copycat sellers a hard time. Buyers should carefully study the autograph dealers to see if they can provide this kind of precise, factual information. Please don't confuse our original Certified Supporting Document with a Certificate of Authenticity. A COA basically states everything is authentic but it could be a worthless sheet of paper. As you know, anyone can say anything is authentic. But how much weight does that carry? It is a common faηade for many sellers to issue an impressive COA embellished with a metallic foil, embossed seal, or shiny tamperproof holographic sticker which only distracts the buyer from paying attention to the hollow content of the bogus certificate. Remember, all that glitters is not gold. Unscrupulous sellers have a tendency to give out fancy COAs to falsely create a favorable impression. The fancier the COA, the higher the likelihood of a sham. We give you just the facts. No baloney. All the information we document for our customers are true, undeniable facts which are known to only those who were physically present at the actual venue.•••••••••• HOW DO WE DO IT? Although Hawaii has a very good share of celebrities, we still have to catch the stars elsewhere which can turn out to be quite expensive. Let's take a look at the example of "Righteous Kill." Like all successful businesses, there is a lot of advance research and meticulous, long-range planning. More on strategic planning later. First of all, we know this will be a big movie starring two great actors, Robert De Niro and Al Pacino, so there will most probably be a Premiere which is an advertised, advance film screening shown before the theatrical release to the general public. Overture Films, a relatively new studio formed in 2006, is producing and distributing this film, and being thirsty for some publicity, will positively want to sponsor a Premiere. Both De Niro and Pacino are New Yorkers with mighty media influence so there's a good chance the first Premiere, as well as a press conference, will be held in New York City, and perhaps a Los Angeles Premiere will follow, as well as in other countries. If it's going to be in New York City, where else but the Ziegfeld Theatre on 54th Street which has a giant screen (in contrast to a multiplex with several mini screens) with comfortable, slanted seating and an attractive interior design. Many studios choose the Ziegfeld for their major Premieres so this would be a likely candidate for "Righteous Kill." Now for the approximate expenses. Airfare from Honolulu to New York will be $650 for a discounted coach class. For logistics, we will select the Gershwin Hotel which is reasonably near many entertainment venues. Accomodations will run $1,225 for a standard room 5-night stay. Subway rides and other forms of transportation will be at least $100. We haven't included meals, supplies, tipping, taxes, and incidentals, but the total cost is already $1,975. As you can see, getting real signatures will cost a lot of money. From past experience, we know that Premieres are always an obscene mobscene. The chances of getting an autograph are slim pickings. If you squeezed your way through the mob of fans, wrestled the bodyguards, and kicked out the competing autograph hunters, there is a thread of a chance you could get lucky. Now let's look at Plan B. With a little advance homework, we know we can go directly to Terminal 5 on 56th Street over by the West Side Highway where the Premiere After Party will be held. As expected, there was another throng of paparazzi, diehard fans, and seasoned autograph hawks waiting, but not jampacked like the Ziegfeld. With our credentials and an inspiring reward to the bouncers, we were able to obtain some autographs at the party. As mentioned earlier regarding strategy, our plan was to arrive in New York City before the Premiere to catch the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, a popular event that many celebrities will attend and scheduled perfectly prior to and during the same week of the Premiere. We know this because we've been at it during the Olympus days before Mercedes-Benz took over sponsorship. This was not a fortuitous event--our knowledge and unmatched expertise come from many years of doing business with a global network of media partners. Thus, we were able to obtain a few autographs at the Dolce & Gabbana Exhibit held at 825 Madison Avenue. By now we hope you are beginning to piece together the various elements needed to complete a successful project--meticulous planning and research, extensive travel, and an infinite amount of patience and perseverance. This particular piece was done in a relatively short period but there are other more complicated projects that may take weeks, months, and even years to complete. With all the hard work and outlandish expenses involved, we believe our opening bid for "Righteous Kill" is a fair price. If you check out Robert De Niro's autograph priced at $2,299.00 (item number 250355) at www.historyforsale.com, you will know that our prices are very reasonable. The complexity of the project, rarity of the item, and operation expenses all add up to the price tag. This business never gets easy. Soaring oil prices will translate to higher jet fuel and you know the rest of the story. There is always the option of going to the world's largest auction site where you'll find almost anything at flea market prices. But are they real? An astonishing number of fake items along with their seller IDs at the famous auction site can be viewed at the Scum & Villainy page when you click on The Dark Side at www.anthonydaniels.com. Proceed with caution when you hear the all-too-fantastic tale of a lucky dealer who just inherited or purchased a huge collection of autographs at a volume discount, and they want to pass on the savings to you. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.•••••••••• YOUR SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED. If you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know and we will make it right for you. Tell us your transaction experience via feedback, and we will return one for you. For answers to the questions below, click on the NO PHOTO box.

I just recieved my Quantum of Solace poster yesterday. I was looking at the letter detailing where the signatures were obtained and I saw Olga's was in Paris and Marc's was in England. I am curious if you have people that work for you in these places get the signatures for you or if your staff goes out to these places and gets the signatures. It just really doesn't make much sense to go all the way to Paris to get a signature unless you have people there already that work for you.

Thanks

Hi I'm curious as to how you're able to sell multiple authentic cast signed posters of the dark knight with signatures placed at the exact same spot and looking almost identical. How many people actually sign the exact same way at the exact same spot? thanks

Firstly i went to NY for vacations and i visited his restaurant not because i wanted an autograph but because i wanted to have a good time. Also in the basement they had those posters for people to see not to buy and the only thing i wanted to know was why 20 signatures looking the same are different than the ones you were selling.Anyway i didn't mean to make you look fake or something like that.I ould also love to stay for the premiere of RK but i cant.

A couple of weeks ago i went to NY city and i visited robert de niro's restaurant and in the basement they had many posters of de niro's movies signed by himself. What drew my attention was that his signature looked completely different from what i see in goodfellas and heat posters of yours. So i was wondering for the authenticity of your items. Is a location and a date enough to prove these signatures are original??

I just joined ePier because of your poster. I noticed you are accepting offers. Rather than waste both our time emailing back and forth, what is the bottom line you are hoping to get for it?

I didn't realize my question and your answer would post for everyone to read. Like I said ... this is my very first time on ePier. I don't know if there is any better way to handle this as I am not familiar with the ePier rules, etc.

Hang in there guys, I watch your posters often and see the lack of activity. As you probably know, ebay...like walmart are starting to take some hits and feel the pain of the economy with layoffs and cutbacks. You offer a great collectible and we are enjoying our posters to the max. We just don't want you to give up and fade away........so, hang in there. Scott and Sarah Williams, redifighterpilot

Thanks Will, all is well. Did get the shipping confirmation on "The Phantom Menace." However, I've been out of town for 3 weeks and my neighbors did not find the "The Phantom Of The Opera" poster that was delivered on Jan 26. The Post Office confirmed delivery. I have one more idea before we file a claim, so I'll let you know the status shortly. Thanks, Scott

Hi Will, Angela, Dallas, have sent 2 messages as well as payment for the Phantom poster and have not received a response. Hi Will,

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I just logged in. I would like to have item #1654012 Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Movie Poster Signed if it is okay with you. I apologize for perhaps what seems like sometimes stupid questions but I am not so knowledgeable in the signed poster industry. I do like these posters and sometimes wonder why more people are not picking them up. Am I missing something, I mean is it not difficult to get all these signatures for each poster? My biggest question is how do you guys do it? Are there times when these celebrities sit at a table and do nothing but sign? Please let me know the total with shipping and insurance and I will pay through paypal as before. Thanks.

-James

------------------------------------------------------------
Hello James. Thank you for your reply. In all fairness, your bid of $100 is a very good price for this item. As you may know, Richard Harris passed away in 2002 and his autograph alone has a market value of about $600. You can see the value of his autographs at www.historyforsale.com. We understand how tough it can be to run a business. The reserve price was much higher so even at $100 we will be taking a loss. If you would like to walk away from these 2 transactions, please let us know. Best regards, Will

Hello Will,

I am interested in item #1654012 Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone Movie Poster Signed. What is the lowest price you can sell it to me for. Our payroll has been tight. So even though money comes in, it always seems to go right back out in bill so I am left with very little. I guess I am not very rich.

Hello James. This auction ended on November 25, 2007. When you asked for a payment extension to transfer funds into PayPal, we gave you an extra week but we have not heard from you nor received any payment. As much time has passed, please let us know if you are still interested in purchasing this item. Otherwise, we would like to relist it and offer it to other buyers. Your prompt reply will be very much appreciated. Thank you for bidding and for your interest. Happy Holidays, Will

Hi again Will,

I just wanted to let you know that I received the poster safely - thank you very much! As always, it's a beautiful piece that I can't wait to see hanging on my friend's wall.

I really wish I could leave you glowing feedback, but of course, I can't, since it wasn't an "official" transaction.

I did want to ask one question though, if you don't mind. How do you get such outstanding signatures? I mean, so neat and often with a saying? I've purchased other signed posters before elsewhere and they can't compare to the quality you offer. I was just interested in finding out.

Thanks again, and I wish you all the blessings of this holiday season.

Sue (goofy4dizney)

Hi,
I have been checking your items out a lot over the past few days. I
am impressed with the quality and style of the signatures. In fact I met someone on ebay who told me about you and how you used to deal on ebay until the fees got to high, so I came to epier just so I could start a relationship with you and start collecting some signed artwork. Here is my own personal wish list, you can tell me if you have any in stock, and the prices. Batman Begins, The Notebook, Spiderman, Pirates of the carribean, and The Prestige. Now, I know that some posters have multiple shots so if you have some pics that I can choose from that would be great. Thanks ! landoncalhoun@charter.net

Hi...I just won Lot #:1561341 Star Wars: Attack of the Clones Movie Poster Cast Signed. I noticed that you now send the certified, detailed document with the various dates, locations, and other information on how the signatures were obtained a little differently than you did in the past. I purchased quite a few posters from you when you listed on eBay and you used to include my name and address on those documents. I much prefer your new method and was wondering if I provided you with document numbers of those other posters, could you provide me with updated documents with a picture of the poster and without my name and address?

Just curious,
Mike Geoghan
